Started Life2Film in 2014 — help people turn everyday moments into meaningful stories. Closed in 2021. Now building SuperDuperAI: the second chapter of the same story.
What I believe
- Privacy is architecture, not a feature. On-device processing, local storage, no accounts when possible.
- One pain, one feature, launch. Not platforms. Ship in days, learn from what happens.
- Antifragile by design. Small bets with asymmetric upside. 90% safe + 10% experiments.
- Revenue is feedback. Each product is a question to the world.
How I work
AI agents do the heavy lifting — summarizing, cross-referencing, coding, testing. I steer: source ideas, direct analysis, make decisions. The repository is the agent's brain (harness engineering).
This blog is built the same way: a wiki of synthesized knowledge, published selectively. Raw sources stay private. Compiled insights go public.
