CurrencyPals
Every converter asks the same two questions first: from what, and to what. Then you get the answer, realise you wanted it the other way, and swap.
CurrencyPals removes the question. Thirty-six rows, all of them editable — type an amount anywhere and every other row updates at once. There is no direction to choose because there is no direction.
Thirty-one world currencies plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP and BNB. A 30-day chart for any pair with its high, low and change. Reorder the list to match how you travel.
It works where you need it
Rates are cached on the device the first time they load, so it converts on a plane, at a border crossing, or on a foreign SIM that has not connected yet — the three places a traveller actually needs a converter and the three places a network request fails. A badge at the top always says how old the numbers are, because a stale rate presented as current is worse than no rate.
