Quick filter for niche ideas before writing code. 4 dimensions:

• S — Searchability: Can I rank? Forums/Reddit in top-10 = weak competitors. Giants + fresh guides = kill.
• E — Evidence: Is there real pain? Actual questions/complaints with URLs. Not hypothetical pain — evidence-backed.
• E — Ease: MVP in 1-2 days on my stack? No external dependencies.
• D — Demand: Will they pay? Long-tail keywords, clear monetization path.

Kill flags (stop before starting): top-10 dominated by media giants, fresh guides (<60 days old), video blocks on SERP, no evidence of real pain, MVP > 1 week.
